| Abstract/Citation: | Chapter I: General Provisions Chapter II: Retirement Pensions Chapter III: Disability Pensions Chapter IV: Survivors Benefits Chapter V: Calculation of Pensions Chapter VI: Granting and Payment of Pensions Repeals the following: - Law on State Pension Provision of April 13, 1994 (Official, 1994, No. 5, p. 149) as well as its amendment of May 6 1996; - Decision on Approval of the Pensions for Special Merits to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan of March 6, 1992 No. 856-XII (Official Gazette 1992, No. 4/2, p. 192). Amends the following: - Law No. 440-XII of 20 April 1991 on the Employment of the Population as amended on January 14, 1994: : Article 29(2) is repealed; - Law on State Guarantees and Compensations for those Living and Working in the High Mountains of June 28, 1996: Articles 21, 22 and 26 are repealed. |
