| Abstract/Citation: | Sets up, inter alia, the State policy in the sphere of education, its financing, defines the various stages of education (pre-school, school, vocational, graduate and post graduate). Provides for social assistance for children from socially vulnerable families and in difficult situations. Repeals the following laws: - Law of of October 29 1991 on Education and its amendments; - Law of 29 June 2003 on Vocational and Technical Education and its amendments; - Law of May 18, 2004 On Education of Persons with Special Needs; - Law of 5 July 2006 on General Secondary Education and its amendments; - Law of 11 July 2007 on Higher Education. |
