| Abstract/Citation: | The first draft of the Constitution was made public on the 30th of April 2012 for the purposes of allowing 40 days for public consultations. The draft Constitution incorporates social, economic, cultural, religious and environmental rights in Part V entitle Bill of Rights. These rights include, inter alia, the right to be free from forced labour, freedom of association and the right to assemble, demonstrate, picket, lock out and petition, gender equality, rights and protection for young persons and disabled person, as well as a specific provision on labour relations. |
