Abstract/Citation
Regulates the legal status of foreign citizens in Turkmenistan as well as questions relating to their employment and entrepreneurial rights. Article 7 regulates the labour rights of foreign workers in Turkmenistan, provides the equal labour rights between foreigners and Turkmenistan citizens while also providing for some limitations in terms of positions that foreigners cannot occupy.
Repeals the previous Law on Legal status of foreign citizens of 1993.
