Abstract/Citation: Regulates legal basis for protection from hazardous impact of chemical products and sustances on population's health and environment. Defines the competences of State bodies in charge of chemical safety. Article 11 and 16 regualte, inter alia, question of occupational safety in relation to chemical safety.
