Section 37 of the Social Insurance Law (Royal Decree M/33) is amended concerning the expenses of preparation and repatriation of the contributor's body or self to their homeland, in the case of death from an occupational accident or if the person has been permanently and totally disabled from a work accident and is in need of his family's care.

Section (2): Paragraph (1/c) of Section 38 of the Social Insurance Law (Royal Decree M/33) is amended as follows: female beneficiaries are entitled to pension payments at 55 years of age if they have contributed to the social insurance fund for a period of at least 120 months.

Section (3): paragraph (2) of Section 38 of the Social Insurance Law (Royal Decree M/33) is amended as follows: upon turning 60 years old, a beneficiary whose has contributed for a period of at least 5 years but has not completed the number of months necessary to entitle them to the pension payment, may add a certain period to the allowed period not to exceed more than 5 years.

Section (4): Paragraph 4 of Section 43 of the Social Insurance Law (Royal Decree M/33) is amended, excludes voluntary contributors from sub-paragraph (3/c) of Section 38.
