Abstract/Citation: Amends the Public Service Law of 1990 as amended to Law No. 137(I) of 2009. Amends Article 48(3) concerning the transfers of members of interchangeable personnel recruited in a Ministry and its departments. Adds a new article 48A concerning the selection of General Director of Ministry and determination of his/her competences.
