Abstract/Citation: Section(1):Lists positions which involve working night shifts (between 9pm and 6am).
Section(2):Lists positions where women may work until 10pm.
Section(3):Ensures welfare conditions and adequate transport and protection for women during the night work.
Section(4):This Ministerial Order repeals the Ministerial Order No. 128 of 2005 and any other provisions in contradiction with this Order.
