Lag (2011:1113) om ändring i offentlighets- och sekretesslagen (2009:400).
Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 26 article 1 and article 15 concerning secrecy provisions that protect information about the personal or the financial circumstances of individuals within the social services.
Introduces a new article 10a to chapter 26 with a new title (investigations relating to certain cases of deceased persons).
