Regulates the State Inspection Service which is responsible for the inspection activities relating to the conduct of surveillance operations and enforcement of regulations in the following areas: trade and services, labour and occupational safety and health, electrical power, mining, pressure equipment, accounting, billing and payment of fees, catering businesses and tourism service providers. Contains 71 articles. Repeals the Act of 30 June 1999 on State Inspectorate.
