| Abstract/Citation: | Includes general provisions, jurisdiction of the court, public prosecutor, injured party and private prosecutor, defence counsel, evidential actions, measures for securing the presence of a defendant and undisturbed conduct of criminal proceedings, briefs and records, documents and examination of files, costs of procedures, enforcement of decisions, preliminary proceedings, investigation, trial and judgements, special proceedings. Upon entry into force of this law, the following shall be repealed: - Code of Criminal Procedure (Official Gazette No. 70/01 and 68/02 and Official Gazette of RS, No. 58/04, 85/05, 85/05 - dr. Law 115/05, 49/07, 20/09 - dr. Law 72/09 and 76/10). - Article 15i of the Law on Organization and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Combating Organized Crime, Corruption and Other Serious Crimes(Official Gazette of RS, Nos. 42/02, 27/03, 39/03, 67/03, 29/04, 58/04 - dr. Law 45/05, 61/05 and 72/09). |
