| Abstract/Citation: | Determines procedural rules under which courts shall hear and rule disputes over basic individual rights, personal and family relations and in labour, commercial, property and other civil law disputes. Upon entry into force of this law, the Law on Civil Procedure (Official Gazette of RS No. 125/04 and 111/09) is repealed. Repeals Article 203 of the Family Law (Official Gazette of RS, No. 18/05). |
