| Abstract/Citation: | Determines operations in the domain of social care, including aims and principles, procedures for obtaining rights and using services, rights and obligations of users, operation of institutions of social care, supervision and inspection, position of social workers, and financing. Upon entry into force of this law, the Law on Social Protection and Provision of Social Security to Citizens (Official Gazette of RS", no. 36/91, 79/91- al. law 33/93-dr. law 53/93-dr. Law, 67/93, 67 / 93-dr. law, 46/94, 48/94-dr. law, 52/96, 29/01, 84/04, 101/05-other. and law 115/05) shall be repealed. |
