Amends section 16b (as amended by Act 88/2010), 28, 36, 47 and 79 as amended by Act 1566/2009) respecting the municipality responsible for placement and arrangement of child welfare, permission from the courts to examine a child, other support measures in general health care of children, duration of the care taking and end of care taking, monitoring of foster housing.
