Laki kemikaalilain muuttamisesta.
Abstract/Citation
Amends section 5, 6 (4), 6 (4), 7 (4) and (5), 7 (1), 8 (4), 8b, 25, 30c, 43, 45, 48a, 49 (3), 55 (3), 59a, 59d and 60 (6) respecting various provision in the Act. Sections as amended by Act 408/2009, 1547/2009, 1547/2009, 408/2009, 491/2008, 1198/1999, 57/1999, 1412/1992, 220/1995, 57/1999, 391/2005, 591/2001, 131/2009.
Introduces a new section 5a respecting the Finnish Environment Institute.
Repeals section 8 (as amended by Act 1222/2009) and 8e (as amended by Act 408/2009).
