Abstract/Citation
Repeals section 60 (as amended by Act 513/2009).
Amends section 4, 11 (1), 13 (3), 17b (2), 55, 56, 58 (2), 59 and 62 (2) respecting the registration and management of personnel funds. Section 11 (1) and 17b (2) as amended by Act 499/2002, section 13 (3) as amended by Act 710/2004 and section 55 as partially amended by Act 344/1999.
