Section 4 of these Regulations, made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (O.C. 862/89), provides that "An employer shall ensure that a controlled product is not used, stored or handled in a workplace unless all of the applicable requirements of these Regulations in respect of labels, identifiers, material safety data sheets and worker education, are complied with". |
