Abstract/Citation: Amends chapter 1 article 2, chapter 7 articles 2 and 7 concerning the provisions related to the European Parliament and the Council of Europe REACH Regulation (1907/2006), establishment of a European Chemicals Agency, amendment and repeal of a number of regulations and directives adopted by the European Parliament and the Council of Europe and the division of responsibilities between the Swedish government and the Swedish work environment authority (Arbetsmiljöverket).

Introduces a new article 2b to chapter 3 concerning the Swedish government regulations on matters falling under the responsibility of the Swedish work environment authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) under article 2 concerning the provisions related to the European Parliament and the Council of Europe REACH Regulation (1907/2006), establishment of a European Chemicals Agency, amendment and repeal of a number of regulations and directives adopted by the European Parliament and the Council of Europe. The present chapter 3 article 2b is becoming a new chapter 3 article 2c.
