An Environment Court and an Environment Appeal Court are instituted under this Act and Judges appointed: the Courts shall rule trials under environmental laws and condemn violators of those very laws. Special Magistrates may be appointed for particular trials, power of investigation and inspection shall be accorded to inspectors in order to gather useful evidences.
