Amends section 18a, section 18b and section 29 (1) respecting provisions for compensation for harm and for the disability category. Section 18 as amended by Act 526/1981, Act 1642/1992 and 1314/2002 Act, section 18b as amended by Act 1642/1992 and section 29 (1) as amended by Act 483/2001.

Introduces to the Act new sections 18c-18e respecting provisions for the disability classification.
