Abstract/Citation: Sets out the list of penal offences in Bhutan including offences with respect to human trafficking (articles 154-155), trafficking of children (articles 227-228)), trafficking a person for prostitution (articles 379-380) and illegal immigration (articles 440-447). Also has articles on forced labour or 'Felonious restraint' which is, inter alia, defined as holding "another person in a condition of involuntary servitude" (article 173(b)).
