Abstract/Citation: Major amendments to:
12th § 8b para 6, in vocational training should be involved instructor, training manager together with sending institution.
13th § 8b para 8 details concerning training (i. e. Its content, duration, objective should be drafted by involved parties, taking into account personal abilities and objectives of trainee), the total duration of training must not exceed three years.
14th § 8b para 10 final exam after completing of training period, at the earliest 12 weeks prior to training termination, exam content place, objectives after consultation with National Advisory Board on Apprenticeship, final results must be documented
33rd § 27a para 2 reads: recognition of foreign exams and vocational trainings upon request granted by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour.
