| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the laws on the Technological University adopted between 2003 and 2010 (198(I) of 2003; 74(I) of 2005; 105(I) of 2007; 133(I) of 2007; 105(I) of 2008; 108(I) of 2008; 114(I) of 2008; 6(I) of 2010). Amends article 25 related to the election and selection processes of faculty members, and the role and mandate of the Special Committee and the Electoral Body. Also amends article 41A related to the evaluation and promotion of faculty members. |
