Abstract/Citation
Amends Laws relating to Maternity Benefits (No. 21(I) of 2003; No. 23(I) of 2006; No. 135(I) of 2007; and No. 193(I) of 2007).
Amends article 6:
- by replacing in para 2 the word "three" with the word "twelve"
- by replacing para 3 with a new one concerning the application process and the consequences of late submission of the application.
