| Abstract/Citation: | It amends the following articles of the Companies Act (1968-2010): - article 142 related to the consultants' responsibilities for taking care of the annual economic transactions, to the consultants' misconducts concerning their responsibilities to the company and the relevant sanctions. - article 151 related to the obligation of the consultants to draft and publish reports concerning the company's governance and other administrative regulations for the purpose of achieving high levels of transparency, and to the sanctions in case of misconduct. |
