| Abstract/Citation: | It amends the following articles of the Private Universities (Establishment, Functioning and Control) Law 2005-2008: - article 8 related to the amount of fees, the length of the academic programs, the responsibility of the university to inform students about the fees and their readjustment or increase, which can not be superior of 150% of the annual inflation rate, the deadline for this readjustment, the sanctions related to false information. - article 14 related to the application for issuing a license. - article 22 and 24 related to the procedures of inspection and the evaluation committees. |
