Revokes Article 2(5) and Article 11(5) of the Social Care of Children Law (Official Gazette No. 49/92, 29/93, 53/93, 67/93, 28/94, 47/94, 48/94, 25/96, 29/01, 16/02, 62/03 and 101/05). |
