Abstract/Citation: | The Order applies to all domestic workers in the country except for those who work in an occupation where wages and conditions of employment are regulated through the processes of collective bargaining conducted under the Industrial and Labour Relations Act; or in a sector where the Minister has prescribed the minimum wage. A domestic worker is defined as a person who takes care of a child, an aged person, a sick person, a frail person or a person with a disability within a household and a gardener. 1. Title 2.
