Abstract/Citation: Provides in s.89 that Australia Post may engage such employees as are necessary and set their terms and conditions of employment. Section 90 obliges Australia Post to "endeavour to achieve and maintain high standards as an employer in relation to terms and conditions of employment, occupational health, industrial safety, industrial democracy, non-discriminatory employment practices and other matters."
