The Commissioner shall issue and identity card Form 1 set out in the first Schedule to a person recognised as a refugee and authorised to reside in a place within Zambia, other than a refugee settlement or reception area. 3. The Commissioner shall issue an identity card in Form II set out in the Second Schedule to a refugee who is resident in the second Schedule to a refugee who is resident in a refugee settlement or reception area." |
