| Abstract/Citation: | In section 2 after the word "Act" in the definition of workers insert the words "and includes a stevedore or a casual worker". In section 21 deletes the word "15th" in subsection (2) and (5) and replaces it with the word "21st". Adds a new section 29A concerning what a member is to be provided with, i.e. a statement of their contributions to the fund and a copy of the auditor's report, statement of income and expenditure and the balance sheet of the Fund. In section 54 the words "and published in the Official Gazette" are replaced by the words "and the statement of accounts shall be published on the Fund's website: www.pennsionfund.sc.". |
