| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Ordinance of 24 September 1974 (as amended to 6 September 1985 (BGBl., Part I, p. 1903)) on hours of work for federal civil servants, changes the reference in s. 1(1) to "40 hours per week" to "39, and from 1 April 1990 on, 38 and one half". Deletes the reference to "15 minutes" from s. 1(2). Replaces the word "daily" in s. 3(2), fourth sentence, with "Mondays to Thursday". Contains special provisions for postal workers. |
