In particular replaces Chapter II concerning citizenship; section 18 concerning public offer's functions to observe and uphold the law; section 23 concerning political rights; section 31G concerning the oath for members of Cabinet; section 41 concerning tenure of seats of members; section 57 concerning standing orders; sections 61 and 61A are repealed; section 109 concerning general provisions as to commissions; New Chapter XB is inserted concerning Other Independent Commissions; sections 108A and 108B are repealed; section 113 concerning interpretation; section 114 concerning transitional provisions. |
