Abstract/Citation: Repeals ch. 5, art. 12. Amends the following articles:
Ch. 3, art. 3, concerning the required competency of social service staff;
Ch. 6, art. 3-4, concerning care homes for vulnerable groups;
Ch. 7, art. 1 and 3-5, concerning the provisions for institutions providing social services and their treatment of personal records;
Ch. 11 art. 11b concerning the right of the Social Services Department ('socialnämnd') to request personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency.
Ch. 13, art. 1-7 concerning the right and duties of The National Board of Health and Welfare ('Socialstyrelsen') to supervise the delivery of social services.
Ch. 16, art. 1, 4, 6, 6c, 6f and 6g, concerning the transfer of a case from one municipal Social Services Departments to another, the right to appeal and other judicial procedures as well as the reporting requirements for municipal Social Services Departments.
Adds ch. 13, art. 8-11, concerning the right of The National Board of Health and Welfare to intervene in the delivery of social services by other institutions; and
ch. 16, art. 10-11, concerning the authority of government institutions to inform about social services provisions.
