| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the following articles: Ch. 1 art. 3 concerning the provisions for students and institutional workers and their equivalence to employees. Ch. 6 art. 2, 6a, 7, 8, 15, 17 and 18b concerning workers (or student) representatives and workers (or student) protection committees on work environment issues, including the provisions and procedures for addressing specific issues concerning safety at work or in educational institutions. Ch. 7 art. 13-14 concerning confidentiality and the obligation of official regulatory authorities to provide information on work environment issues to workers or student representatives. Ch. 9 art. 3 concerning the right of a student representative to appeal decisions according to this act. |
