| Abstract/Citation: | Defines the basics of legal regulation and implementation of State guaranteed minimum social standards. Article 5 provides that social standards include, inter alia, standards from public health care, social protection, education, housing, work payment, labour relations and occupational safety, pension allowance, employment services, ecological safety. Repeals the previous law on State Minimum Social Standards of 2006. |
