Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Announcement of the Ministry of the Interior respecting Labour Protection (LS 1972-Thai. 2 ) by eliminating the distinction between permanent and temporary employees. Modifies ss. 32, 33 and 33bis relating to holiday pay, sick pay and pay for military service leave. Revises provisions on severance pay (ss. 45 to 47 and 75), with benefits depending upon length of service; persons performing occasional or seasonal work and persons having engaged in certain acts are excluded from severance pay provisions. |
