| Abstract/Citation: | Amends and consolidates the laws relating to foreigners and immigration. This law repeals: 1949 Cap.40, 19 of 150 and 11 of 1951. The Act was introduced during the British Colonial era by Law 13 of 1952. Upon Independence in 1960, the Act was given the Chapter Number (Cap.) 105. It regulates the entry, stay and departure of foreigners. |
