| Abstract/Citation: | Section 2 gives the level of education needed for the eligibility to each of the 16 salary classes. Section 3 provides details for conditions of attribution of salary class for an employee as well as exceptions to the general rule. Section 4 specifies conditions and modalities for attribution of salary steps within a given salary class. Sections 5 and 6 give the rules concerning the salary tariffs. Section 7 regulates the salary supplement for work in hazardous environments. Sections 8 and 9 regulate other special supplements. Annex 1 gives the scale of salary tariffs according to salary classes and salary degrees for employees mentioned in section 5(1); Annex 2 for those mentioned in section 5(2); Annex 3 for section 5(3). Annex 4 enumerates groups of activities according to the level of dangers with respect to working conditions. |
