ЗАКОН ТУРКМЕНИСТАНА Об утверждении и введении в действие Трудового кодекса Туркменистана
Abstract/Citation
Promulgates the Labour Code 2009 and fixes the date of its entry into force. After the entry into force of the Code the following laws will be repealed:
1) Labour Code of 1972, as amended;
2) Act of 1 October 1993 on occupational safety and health;
3) Act of 12 June 1997 on leave.
