| Abstract/Citation: | The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the establishment and management of cooperatives. This Resolution is composed of 2 articles and the Model Regulation for the Statute of cooperatives. Article 1 adopts the attached Regulation as a model for cooperative statutes. The Model Regulation provides for the following matters: name, seat, validity, objectives and activity of the cooperative; members and membership; management of the cooperative including the Council of Administration, General Assembly and Finance; (4) incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of cooperatives; etc. |
