| Abstract/Citation: | Makes a large number of detailed amendments to the Act of 2004. The most important amendments concern: economic activity undertaken by EU citizens; establishment of Information and Data Centre on Economic Activity (CEIDG); external audit and obligation of keeping relevant records; information gathering for statistical purposes; pension funds, insurance, and banking surveillance. Also makes amendments related to supervision and inspection by public institutions as well as inspectors rights and obligations. |
