| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Act No. 887 of 13 October 1998 on the social insurance system concerning the rules for the calculation of retirement contributions for persons in the agricultural and parallel industries. Also amends Act of 17 December 1998 on Old-Age and Disability Pensions from the Social Insurance Fund by updating the rules for pensions from the Social Insurance Fund for insured and family members. Once a year there is to be special tripartite consultations in the framework of the Socio-Economic Committee on how to bring those benefits in line with current average salary and economic (inflation) indicators. |
