| Abstract/Citation: | Makes a large number of amendments to the 2004 Act with respect, inter alia, to Chapter 6 concerning employment agencies, supervision of agencies, the role of local government through job centres in tackling unemployment, training of unemployed persons and their costs. Repeals Chapter 13, and adds a new Chapter 13a added concerning special programs by whom can be set-up, the level of financial aid from local and central governments, conditions for undertaking employment by foreigners. Also makes consequential amendments to a number of other Acts. |
