These Regulations provide, inter alia, for the membership of Industrial Commissions, representation for the Commissions and Court, and the powers and functions of Inspectors. Part V specifies the powers of the Commission in relation to the prevention and settlement of disputes. Part VII covers the manner in which organisations may be registered and amalgamated. Rules for membership and elections for office are also provided. Issued under the Industrial Relations Act 1988. Title replaced by Regulation No. 269 of 1996 to Workplace Relations Regulations. |
