| Abstract/Citation: | Includes supplements to articles 78 and 80 to include clarifications of the procedure for dismissal of public servants. - Article 104 provides for the length of period for the employment of trainees depending on their level of education. - Article 158 deals with vocational training of public servants, training in the domain of fight against corruption is added. - Articles 36, 40 and 41 include minor changes in terminology so that 'university education' is replaced with 'at least four years of higher education'. |
