Second Region

These Regulations replace Regulations by the same name and increase, from 5 to 25 years, the period during which statutory inspections of ship's hull, machinery and anchoring equipment may be carried out by an exclusive surveyor to a recognised classification society, following a first inspection by a Coast Guard Marine Surveyor. Issued under the Canada Shipping Act.
