| Abstract/Citation: | Cyprus became a signatory to the Protocol the 8 Feb 2001. The Law adapts the national legislation to the stipulations of article 3 of the Protocol, related to crimes against children. It also makes reference to the obligations of legal persons, and to the extension of competence of the national courts. |
