Determines the principles, procedures and measures for the incorporation, operation and management of enterprises in the Lao People's Democratic Republic with the aims of promoting production, business and services in all economic sectors to develop the workforce engaged in production and production relationships, and or promoting national socio-economic growth to contribute to national development and improvement of the livelihood of the multi-ethnic people.
