| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the general principles that are to guide the actions of correctional services of the Ministère de la Sécurité Publique, the Commission québécoise des libérations conditionnelles and their community-based partners as well as all other stakeholders of the correctional system as they exercise their respective functions. Underlying these general principles is the objective of protecting society, ensuring compliance with the decisions of the courts and reintegrating offenders into the community. |
